PONL Conference Sponsorship Opportunities are Now Available

On behalf of the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders (PONL), we are excited to welcome your company as a sponsor for our Annual Nursing Leadership Conference, held October 1-2, 2026, at the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. Next year’s event will feature cutting-edge topics critical to the success of today’s nursing leaders, with presentations by renowned experts and thought leaders who will inspire attendees to explore innovative approaches to workplace challenges.

PONL’s 800+ members represent a diverse range of roles, from frontline nurse managers to senior executives, including CNOs and COOs from large multisystem organizations across Pennsylvania. Please note that we fully encourage networking with all of our attendees and we work hard to be sure they connect with you throughout the conference. That said, we do not allow direct sales of merchandise on the exhibit floor during the conference. We assume that no vendor registering to attend has this intention. Any attempt to do so onsite will ensure that your exhibitor status will be null and void and you will be asked to leave. Back again: Demo Showcase Opportunity! Highlight the demonstration of a product at your booth. This will be scheduled and push notifications in the conference app will help direct attendees to your booth!
