“The New Script for Nursing Leadership”

All Poster Application forms must be submitted electronically to the SEPONL Office by Friday, Nov. 3, 2017 midnight EST.
Abstracts are invited for poster presentations for the SEPONL 2017 FALL Conference: “Strategies to Support and Energize Nurse Leaders” that will take place Nov. 30, 2017 at the Desmond Hotel in Malvern, PA to celebrate the individual and collective achievements of nurse leaders and administrators from the region. We offer an exciting program, including a keynote speaker, panel discussions, and poster presentations. It is a time for nurse leaders to network and share ideas about unique practice methods and problem solving in a variety of healthcare settings. Poster abstracts should be of a completed or in progress nursing leadership innovative approach, special project, etc. Posters will be on display and available to attendees during breaks and lunch.

How to apply

Applicants must submit a complete application packet which includes:

 Poster Application Guidelines & Responsibilities form which includes a 300 word abstract

 Biographical and Conflict of Interest

 Educational Planning Table

Selection Process

All poster abstracts are subjected to a peer review. Selection criterion includes relevance to the conference theme, scholarship and creativity.

Notification

All abstracts will be acknowledged as received within two weeks of being successfully submitted. Abstracts will not be accepted after Friday, Nov. 3, 2017 midnight EST. The selection process will be completed and all primary authors notified of the outcome by Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017.
