Board of Director Position Descriptions

A President-Elect and other Board of Director positions are open every fall. Nominations will be accepted at the SWPONL Annual Conference until the end of September. SWPONL membership will then vote on the candidates to finalize the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. 

2026 SWPONL Board of Director Nominations

Nominations open on Thursday, August 28, 2025, during the annual conference and close on Friday, September 26, 2025.  Please complete the nomination form for an open position:

• One (1) President-Elect
• One (1) Treasurer
• Two (2) Directors at Large
