NWPONL is an organization for nursing leaders from within health care and health education, representing membership from Northwestern Pennsylvania. 

Through the sharing of experiences, knowledge and resources, we offer networking with fellow nurse leaders as we strive to shape healthcare in our region.

To be the voice of nursing leadership in Northwest Pennsylvania.

Mission

To provide innovative leadership in shaping health care policy and to provide linkages between nursing leaders to achieve high quality, innovative practice in the delivery of cost-effective patient-centered health care.
