Nancy’s Pants and Other Things Nurse Leaders Don’t Want to Talk About: Reclaiming your time and purpose with the Progressive Performance Conversation Continuum©
Session Description: In this talk, you’ll learn practical strategies to save yourself time and start owning – and actually enjoying?! – performance management of your team to achieve the best possible outcome. Greta was a new nurse leader when she was hit with the need to start addressing challenging performance situations herself (especially the ones that no one wanted to talk about), and she’ll share with you the dynamics of what held her back and what might be holding you back too, the data about the reality of not taking action, and what talking about these situations could mean to not just your team and your patients, but to you.
