NEW NURSE LEADER CONFERENCE
During 2020, PONL offered two very successfully webinar opportunities! Due to the restrictions we are still facing with COVID-19, PONL leadership has decided to offer more virtual continuing education opportunities, with our target audience still focusing on newer nurse leaders. PONL is excited to offer this new webinar opportunity on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET. Review the webinar details below!
“Moral injury occurs when we perpetrate, bear witness to, or fail to prevent an act that transgresses our deeply held moral beliefs”
Making a distinction between this phenomenon and burnout as well as providing strategies to address this is important for the health of nurses. This webinar will provide an understanding of moral injury, how to recognize it in self and others, and the strategies that will best address this concern.
The last 30 minutes of the webinar will be saved for Q&A and dialogue. Please submit all questions in advanced so the speaker can address during/after the presentation. You can include any questions you may have for the speaker in your registration. This will be an interactive presentation, so have your cell phone handy!
