This form needs to be filled out for EACH of your company's attending representatives. Those not registered will not have a name badge pre-prepared. We also use this information to prepare meals properly.

SILENT RAFFLE & AUCTION
Every year, PONL hosts a silent auction and raffle. Donors may choose to contribute a basket of goodies gift cards, Airbnb giveaways, or smaller items - two years ago a quesadilla maker was a hit!
All donations benefit our non-profit organization, The Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders All donated items will be identified by the contributor (if you are a vendor, we are happy to display your logo, etc.) and the contents of the giveaway.
Larger items will be set up for silent bidding and smaller items will be designated as "raffle" items, where participants can purchase tickets and select which items to take their chance at winning by dropping a ticket in the associated bag. Thank you to those who have already signed up to contribute! It is not too late, just let us know what you want to bring by completing the form here:

Attendee List
You will receive a printed copy of the most current list in your Exhibitor Packet at the conference. Additionally, we will provide the final list, including email addresses for those attendees who opted-in, with the completion of our post-conference feedback survey.
