  This includes all deliverables noted in the prospectus for Diamond level PLUS the photo booth at the Networking Reception! If your placement selection allows, your booth can be placed near it, or we can include your logo on all photos taken. You'll also be able to chat with all those folks standing in line!

  Includes all deliverables noted in the prospectus for Diamond level PLUS your logo/branding noted in marketing for one of our general session speakers. Podium recognition of your sponsorship will be made at the conference.

  Includes all deliverables noted in the prospectus for Diamond level PLUS your logo/co-branding custom-printed on tote bags for every conference attendee.
• 2. PLATINUM - Conference Page Sponsor – $4,400.00
  Includes all deliverables noted in the prospectus for Platinum level PLUS recognition and priority logo placement on all referenced PONL web pages for the conference.
• 2. PLATINUM - Lanyard Sponsor – $4,400.00
  Includes all deliverables noted in the prospectus for Platinum level PLUS logo/company name placement on the attendee lanyards.
• 2. PLATINUM - Onsite App Sponsor – $4,400.00
  Includes all deliverables noted in the prospectus for Platinum level PLUS recognition and priority logo placement as the Onsite APP Sponsor. Accessed by all the attendees throughout the conference, your brand will be front and center!

  This Gold Sponsorship selection includes promotional sponsor signage for the Friday Breakfast with your name and logo on it.

  This Silver Sponsorship selection includes promotional sponsor signage with your name and logo on it for the Thursday afternoon break.

  This Silver Sponsorship selection includes promotional sponsor signage with your name and logo on it placed at the Flag/Ribbon Bar for all attendees to select from for the duration of the conference.
• 4. SILVER - Meet the Poster Presenter Sponsor – $2,750.00
  This Silver Sponsorship selection includes promotional sponsor signage with your name and logo on it for the Meet the Poster Presenters held on Thursday at the beginning of the Networking Session.
• 4. SILVER - Morning Break (Fri) – $2,750.00
  This Silver Sponsorship selection includes promotional sponsor signage with your name and logo on it for the Friday morning break.
• 4. SILVER - Networking Reception (Thurs) – $2,750.00
  This Silver Sponsorship selection includes promotional CO-SPONSOR signage for the Thursday Networking Reception with your name and logo on it. Option to add branded beverage napkins for cost of $150, if desired.

  Includes all deliverables noted in the prospectus for Silver level PLUS your logo on custom-printed pens for the conference attendees.

  This Silver Sponsorship selection includes promotional sponsor signage with your name and logo on it for the Snapshot Sessions held on Thursday.

  This includes your company logo on the conference page and within the onsite App. One registration is included with this. This level does not include exhibit space.
• 7. Demo Showcase – $500.00
  Have valuable information to share about your product or company? Our attendees want to know about it! The Demo Showcase will allow companies a platform to present a 15-minute mini-session about a product or service to our attendees right at their booth in the exhibit hall. The sponsor receives one on-site app push notification and a (NEW THIS YEAR) podium announcement to promote the session to attendees. Contact the PONL Office for more information and scheduling.
• 7.1 Additional Exhibit Space – $350.00
  Need extra space to showcase your product? This add-on allows you to have placement in a spot with an additional half-booth space (4’ wide x 8’ deep). **This is only available to someone who has purchased a sponsorship above.
• 7.2 Email Sponsor – $350.00
  You provide the graphics and content, and we will email your message to our entire database of just under 2000 contacts and over 700 members! Limit of three per company.
• 7.3 Stuff the Bags! – $500.00
  Would you like to include your promotional item or material in the bag that every attendee receives? You provide the materials and/or items; we will stuff and distribute every bag for you!
