The activity will include small group discussions focused on challenges in nursing leadership, referenced from the AONL Nursing Leadership Workforce Compendium.  Through small group discussion and brainstorming, attendees will walk away reflecting on shared best practices and will feel inspired by potential ideas for improvement.

An evaluation will be provided to obtain the contact hour for this event.
