The activity will include small group discussions focused on challenges in nursing leadership, referenced from the AONL Nursing Leadership Workforce Compendium.  Through small group discussion and brainstorming, attendees will walk away reflecting on shared best practices and will feel inspired by potential ideas for improvement.

An evaluation will be provided to obtain the contact hour for this event.

The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and Southwestern Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders (SWPONL) are jointly providing nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) contact hours for the educational activity entitled: SWPONL 2023 Spring Educational Event: Hackathon. Nurses completing the entire activity and the evaluation tool will be awarded a maximum of 1.00 contact hours of nursing continuing professional development (NCPD). The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
