About the Event: Speaker Greta Rosler, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CPXP will be sharing her presentation "Building Your Bench: Creating Nurse Leader Development that Works."
Many organizations and senior nurse leaders value the idea of nurse leader development, but either don’t have programs that are specific to nurse leaders that offer meaningful development and that truly develop nurse leaders, or that ultimately contribute to their goal of higher nurse leader support, engagement, competency, and staff retention.
Program Objectives: The attendees should be able to identify and utilize at least three new approaches to develop their teams or themselves from an evidence-based perspective that prioritizes authentic leadership and functional skills.
