Mentoring – The Benefits & Building Blocks Webinar

The Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders (PONL) Membership Committee is proud to present a webinar that focuses on mentoring and how to begin, develop, execute and mature a mentoring program to serve any talent management program and succession plan.

Organizations that have a talent management program often don’t have any real development and/or training program to develop leaders at any level. This leads to a serious deficiency in the success of the program and impacts the organization’s ability to grow their leaders and establish needed working relationships between senior and junior leaders.

Mentoring is a key tool that addresses the training and development aspect of any talent management program and the successful development of a leadership development succession plan.
