"Two Truths & One Lie" Activity: Kick off the evening with a fun and interactive game of "Two Truths & One Lie." Share two facts about yourself and one cleverly crafted lie, then challenge your peers to guess which statement isn't true. It's a fantastic icebreaker that's sure to spark lively conversations.

Networking: In addition to the planned activity, take advantage of dedicated networking time to connect with your peers. Share insights, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships.

Affirmation Reflection: Upon arrival, take a moment to reflect on your journey as a nurse leader and think about an affirmation that resonates with you. Whether it's a mantra that keeps you motivated or a quote that inspires you, jot it down on a slip of paper provided. 

Affirmation Exchange: Before you depart, select an affirmation from the bowl. Whether you need a boost of encouragement or a dose of positivity, you'll leave with a powerful affirmation to carry with you on your leadership journey.
