IMPORTANT: Once logged into the SWPONL room block, all rooms will show as sold out.  You need to input your arrival and departure dates, and then room availability will populate.  If this does not work, please call reservations at (1) 304-243-4183. They will be able to assist you with the online issues. Be sure to tell them you are with the SWPONL conference.

Ash, Beech, and Chestnut Cottages: $616/night plus taxes and applicable fees.
Dogwood and Elderberry Cottages: $454/night plus taxes and applicable fees.
